Join a Club TRINITA E. PATTON, MPH, CHC Meet our Founder In 2008, Coach Trinita sparked a movement as a pioneer in health education dedicated exclusively to girls. The sports wellness and clean beauty founder is a behavior scientist and certified health coach with expertise in theory driven research on human behavior concerning mind-body neuroscience, nutrition intervention strategies, and sports related injury risk reduction in pediatric sports medicine. She is an HBCU graduate of Spelman College and earned both her health coach certification and Master’s Degree in Public Health from Emory University. In addition, she has completed her certification for specialized training in child nutrition at Stanford University. She is a member of various professional organizations in the community including Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated sorority, the American Red Cross Tiffany Circle, Junior League of Atlanta, and has served in leadership roles which includes the Leadership Perimeter Board of Trustees, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Metro Atlanta Chapter Board of Directors, Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce, and the Governor’s Georgia Shape initiative. Coach Trinita’s vision is to help our girls improve their individual health, enhance their participation in youth sports, and overcome social barriers in a safe, supportive environment. Today, Ladybug for Girls® is an international, women-led, socially responsible sports wellness brand that is inspiring girls to be healthier where they live, learn, and play.
