We are a Team of Passionate Health LeadersAs the founder of Ladybug for Girls ®, a sports
wellness and health education brand, I’ve come to see
that passion and inspiration are contagious. When the
hearts of a few are ignited, this fire for change evolves
and grows into a powerful movement. The Ladybug for
Girls ® brand was created to help our girls improve
their individual health, enhance their participation in
sports and overcome social-emotional wellness
barriers in a fun, safe supportive environment.
In my role as a behavior scientist and certified health
coach, the ability to nurture the potential of
tomorrow’s leaders is a huge blessing and a cherished
opportunity. Our non-profit, the Ladybug for Girls
Foundation, celebrates a vision of girls health and
female empowerment through health education,
discovering self-awareness and a change in sports. I’d
like to warmly invite you to join our movement and
